Better Than Just Bitter!

YC-KettleRho, produced from CO2 hop extract by simultaneous isomerization and borohydride reduction, provides for a milder bitterness in your brew. It is light stable and will not contribute to the development of sun-struck flavors.

YC-KettleRho has a bitterness profile that is smoother, leaving a full body mouth-feel with a milder after-bitterness.

YC-KettleRho concentrate requires 1/3 the usual storage space. There is less material to handle, store or dispose of, and it does not require a sophisticated addition system. YC-KettleRho is designed to be user-friendly and economical.

Yakima Chief's state-of-the-art CO2 extraction plant, under ISO 9001 certification, provides the quality CO2 hop extract necessary for the production of YC-KettleRho and other downstream products.
