YC-Tetra, our most technologically advanced extract, is produced from our pure resin CO2 extract of hops. YC-Tetra replaces foam additives and enhances beer foam stand and cling, even at relatively low concentrates. Stable to light - beer will not develop sun-struck flavors.

Increased bitterness characteristics can be achieved using less YC-Tetra than other hop products. At high concentrations, YC-Tetra provides a sharper bitterness than iso-alpha acids.
