The latest cutting-edge product from the team at Yakima Chief Hops has officially hit the market! HyperBoost™ is a high-oil hop extract that delivers variety-specific hop characteristics, amplifying the flavors and aromas of your finished beer.

To capture the excitement of this new hop product, we partnered with brewers around the world for our first-ever global collaboration! From the Pacific Rim to the French Riviera, from the American Southwest to the Southern Hemisphere, our international collaboration team is crafting something exceptional. This global endeavor unites our shared passion for creativity and brewing excellence and delivers hop-forward beers in celebration of our newest innovation.

Each brewery will use the same recipe template, tailoring it to their unique equipment and style. While the grain bill will match, mash profiles will likely differ. Hop additions and HyperBoost usage will be consistent, but some may include a bittering schedule. A similar yeast strain will be used, but fermentation profiles may vary. Each brewing partner will determine how and when they dry hop. By the end of the summer, we will have 9 same but different hop-boosted beers in different regions worldwide, all celebrating HyperBoost!

  • 50% Mosaic® HyperBoost
  • 50% Idaho7® HyperBoost

Yeast:

  • London Ale 3

  • 25% Citra® T90
  • 25% Mosaic® Cryo®
  • 25% Citra® Cryo®
  • 12.5% Citra® HyperBoost
  • 12.5% Mosaic HyperBoost
