Ekuanot® Brand
Developed by the Hop Breeding Company and released in 2014, Ekuanot® HBC 366 is celebrated for its extremely high oil content. This variety bursts from the spring soil in vibrant yellow and gradually matures to a deep green by the fall harvest.
Ekuanot® is distinguished by its unique and powerful aromatic profile, a combination of tropical fruit, citrus, and floral notes, complemented by herbal and berry undertones. Its high oil content makes this variety an intense and complex addition to any beer. Its a popular choice for IPAs and other styles that call for a strong hop character; however, restrained use can add depth to any ale or lager.
