NZ Pacific Jade™ Brand

HORT1524 | Alpha Acids: 12-15%

A soft bittering, dual-purpose hop with citrus, woody spicy, lime herbal tea and earthy blackcurrant characters, mainly used in hoppy lagers and pale ales, where it accentuates the iconic NZ hop flavors in beers. Developed by the New Zealand Institute for Bioeconomy Science Limited hop breeding program and released in 2004, Pacific Jade™ is suited for use as a bittering hop but also for delivering fresh citrus flavors to beer with late additions.
