Fresh, Whole Leaf & Organic Hops
Fresh Hops
The bright and verdant flavors of fresh hop beer are a seasonal treat, with each harvest carrying a unique profile. During the harvest season (mid-August through September in North America), brewers can coordinate farm pickups or arrange priority shipping.
Whole Leaf Hops
Kiln-dried whole cone hops are available in most varieties and embody the distinct character of each farm, offering the most authentic hop expression. Whole leaf hops can be used at any stage of the brewing process, providing natural anti-foaming properties and improved trub formation.

Yakima Chief Hops and select growers are proud to supply Certified Organic Hops cultivated and processed in accordance with the USDA's strict requirements for both fields and facilities, ensuring quality and integrity from our farms to your kettle.
Pellets
T-90 Pellets
T-90 hop pellets are kiln-dried whole-leaf hops that have been milled and compressed into a user-friendly pellet shape. Pellets can be used at any point in the brewing process and are fine-tuned to achieve a consistent density for repeatable brewing, batch after batch.
Cryo Hops® Pellets
Created through our patented cryogenic separation process, Cryo Hops contain nearly twice as much lupulin as T-90 pellets, packing an intense contribution of aroma and flavor. Cryo delivers more hop intensity with less volume, enhancing efficiency and maximizing impact at every application.

Cryo Fresh pellets combine farm-fresh hops with Cryo Hops technology, allowing brewers to capture the vibrant green flavors of Fresh Hop beer year-round. Fresh, concentrated lupulin pellets deliver all the bright character of hop harvest, with none of the mess.
American Noble Hops™
American Noble Hops are premium low-alpha pellets made exclusively of bract leaf material. Lupulin is separated from the plant matter during our patented cryogenic process, resulting in a "de-bittered" pellet that closely resembles traditional noble hops, preserving the unique characteristics of each variety.
Extracts
CO2 Extract
Produced using supercritical CO₂ extraction, this pure hop resin extract offers increased alpha utilization in the kettle, as well as variety-specific hop character when used in the whirlpool. It has a significant shelf life and minimal storage requirements.

Pink Boots Blend
Yakima Chief Hops partners with the Pink Boots Society, an international non-profit organization providing support and career development for women and non-binary people in fermentation, to create this unique hop blend. A portion of the proceeds are donated to support their mission.
Veterans Blend
Each year, military Veterans select the varieties featured in the annual Veterans Blend and Yakima Chief Hops partners with a non-profit organization focused on assisting our nation's Veterans. A portion of sales is donated to the cause, helping them further their mission.
Falconer's Flight® Blend
The Falconer's Flight blend contributes layers of depth and Pacific Northwest style complexity to any beer. A portion of sales is donated to the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation, which provides brewing scholarships for current or aspiring brewers living in the Western United States.
Ales for ALS™ Blend
Participating Ales for ALS brewers receive a specialty hop blend from Loftus Ranches and Yakima Chief Hops. Brewers craft a unique beer, and donate a portion of the proceeds to support ALS research at the ALS Therapy Development Institute.
Pacific Crest Blend
Pacific Crest is a unique hop blend inspired by classic noble varieties, but with an American twist. Its grassy, earthy, and tobacco notes create mild floral, spicy, and herbal aromas perfect for elevating lagers or adding complexity to pale ale.
Zythos® Blend
Named for the barley-based fermented beverage of ancient Greece, Zythos was developed as a pairing hop for popular IPA hop varieties and serves well in any hop-forward beer. Zythos delivers distinct notes of pineapple and citrus, with hints of tangerine and pine.
