Yakima, WA:  Yakima Chief Hops (YCH) will host the 20th annual Hop & Brew School® August 29th - September 1st onsite in Yakima, WA. Registration begins April 3rd for the highly interactive educational event surrounding brewer’s favorite ingredient, hops! Attendees can expect farm and facility tours, presentations from industry leaders, professional panel discussions, and advanced sensory experiences.

“There is nothing better than seeing and smelling the action during hop harvest” says 2022 presenter Laura Burns, Director of Research and Development at Omega Yeast. “One of my favorite parts of the event was connecting with the YCH team, farmers, and people of the hop industry. There is so much to see and learn!”

Hop and Brew School® was launched in 2004 and has developed to attract hundreds of brewers each year from all around the globe. YCH aims to advance the beer industry by providing resources, tools, and technical solutions for all attendees. “This is kind of our crowning achievement in terms of connecting brewers to growers and supporting education” says Nicol Sloon, Events Manager for Yakima Chief Hops. “This is how we spread our passion for elevating quality across the industry and underscore our commitment to brewers worldwide”.
