    The Chief Human Resource Officer (“CHRO”) at Yakima Chief Hops (“YCH”) is responsible for leading the Human Resources function at YCH, driving the company's human resources strategy and supporting its 300 employees globally. This role leads a team of 6 and reports to the company’s Chief Executive Officer. The CHRO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s global Human Resources function and operations, while also fostering a strong culture that enables YCH's Mission, Vision, and Values. The CHRO will lead, develop, and implement employee-related programs and workplace culture initiatives that increase our organization’s capacity and capability, while improving employee well-being and growth. This role will also drive YCH’s workplace culture to inspire, motivate, and engage YCH’s global team. The CHRO will also collaborate with the company’s Executive Leadership Team to drive cross-functional and organizational success, serving as a resource for both employees and the organization, and as the liaison for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. This position serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on various issues, including employee relations, compensation programs, leadership development, and talent management.     Reporting to the Planning Manager, the Planning Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing data throughout the functional areas of the organization and working with the Planning Manager to develop conclusions and recommendations. The Planning Coordinator is expected to work closely with the Planning Department during the heavy production season in cross functional capacities and will support analytical needs of both the Master Planner and Planning Manager. With a primary focus on projects within the Planning Department and other projects for department managers, VPs as requested.
